Ed Cannon, Ph.D.
Dr. Cannon is President and CEO of Unigen Pharmaceutica which develops botanically-derived therapeutic compounds. Ed was previously CEO of AerovectRx, an aerosol therapeutics company, where he continues to serve as Executive Chairman. Earlier in his career, he was President and CEO of AdipoGenix; the founding CEO of Elixir Pharmaceuticals; a founder, director, and President of the Therapeutics Division of Dyax Corp. and a founder, director and CSO of Hygeia Sciences. Ed earned his doctorate in biochemistry at the University of Georgia, trained in molecular immunology at Harvard Medical School and has held faculty positions at Brandeis University and University of Massachusetts Medical School.

Henry Kay
Mr. Kay is a U.S. Partner with Medica Venture Partners, a healthcare-dedicated Venture Capital firm, which has become a leading international fund (top decile performer) by leveraging healthcare innovations from Israel. Henry retired from Boston Scientific Corporation (BSX) in 2006, where he served as Vice President of New Market Development / Strategic Planning, Endosurgery. He serves on the Boards of several start-up life science companies and is a mentor with the Venture Mentoring Service of MIT. Henry has 35 years of experience in the medical industry and has held senior management positions at major pharmaceutical companies including Schering-Plough, American Home Products and Allergan. He is a fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine (UK) and holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Chemistry from Rutgers University and an M.B.A. in International Marketing from Seton Hall University.

Robert J. Manning
Mr. Manning is President of Gray's Point Investments LLC, a private investment and consulting company that develops commercial office properties and is an active private equity investor. He retired after more than 25 years with Citibank and Citigroup, where he was most recently Managing Director and Head of Corporate Finance for Citigroup in Japan where units under his supervision raised more than $50 Billion in private market financings for clients. Prior to this, he was Chief of Staff for the U.S. Corporate Finance business of Citibank, before that Global Structured Trade Finance Head and earlier in his career held a variety of product management and country management positions in the U.S., the Middle East, and Africa. Rob has an M.A. from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and a B.A. from Brown University in International Relations.
